Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sunostyles.com and the Suno Styles service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Suno Styles is a curated library of style prompts for use with Suno AI, a third-party music generation platform. We provide:

  • A browsable, searchable library of style prompt strings
  • The ability to favorite and organize styles
  • A Style Generator tool (Producer tier) that uses AI to create custom prompts
  • A wishlist system for requesting new style additions

Suno Styles is not affiliated with or endorsed by Suno AI. Results in Suno AI depend on Suno's own model and may vary.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You can sign up via Google, GitHub, or email/password. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate information during sign-up

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Tiers and Payments

Free Tier (Explorer)

The Explorer tier is free and includes access to a curated selection of styles. No payment required.

Paid Tiers (Artist and Producer)

Paid tiers are available via a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription. A one-time payment gives you:

  • Access to all current styles in the library
  • Access to new styles added within 1 year of your purchase date
  • Producer tier: access to the Style Generator feature for 1 year from purchase

After 1 year, you retain access to all styles that existed at the time your access period ended, but will not receive newly added styles unless you purchase again.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles tax collection and remittance where applicable. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

Satisfaction Policy

As a digital product, all sales are generally final. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact support@sunostyles.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.

4. Style Generator

The Style Generator is an AI-powered tool that creates style prompt suggestions based on your input. Please note:

  • No guarantee of output quality. The Generator uses an AI language model (via OpenRouter) and results vary. We do not guarantee that any generated prompt will produce a specific musical result in Suno AI.
  • Outputs are suggestions only. You are free to edit, adapt, or discard them.
  • You are responsible for how you use generated prompts. Do not use them to generate content that violates Suno AI's own Terms of Service.
  • We do not store Generator outputs long-term. Treat the Generator as a creative tool, not a storage system.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell or redistribute style prompts as a competing service. Styles are licensed for personal use in creating music. You may not build a competing prompt library or tool using our content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download styles via automated means without prior written permission
  • Attempt to circumvent paywalls, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users (e.g., via the wishlist submission system)
  • Impersonate Suno Styles or claim official affiliation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The style prompts in the Suno Styles library are curated and created by us. They are provided under a personal use license:

  • You may use any style prompt to create music in Suno AI for personal or commercial music projects
  • You may not republish, resell, or distribute the prompts themselves as a product or dataset
  • Attribution to Suno Styles is appreciated but not required for music created with our prompts

Your Content

Wishlist submissions and feedback you provide may be used by us to add new styles or improve the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this feedback.

Music You Create

Music you create in Suno AI using our prompts is yours, subject to Suno AI's own Terms of Service regarding ownership of AI-generated content.

7. Availability and Changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Temporarily take the Service offline for maintenance
  • Add, modify, or remove styles from the library
  • Change tier features, pricing (for new purchases only), or the structure of the Service

We will not retroactively reduce the value of a plan you have already purchased during its active period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for the output, availability, or Terms of Suno AI, OpenRouter, or any third-party service

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sunostyles.com. We will delete your account data within 30 days.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. In cases of serious violation (fraud, scraping, abuse), termination may be immediate.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Suno Styles is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
