Terms of Service

1. What we provide

We provide access to a library of style prompts for use in Suno AI. You buy library access, not music generation, a Suno subscription, custom prompt commissions or fulfilment of wishlist requests. You need your own eligible Suno account and any required subscription, at your own cost.

We are independent of Suno and the artists and producers referenced on the site. Names describe musical references, not affiliation, endorsement or official presets. Audio previews are examples of individual generations, not promised results.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 and have the legal capacity or parental authorization required to use the Service and make purchases. Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure, and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for use you authorize.

Accounts and access rights are for one user and cannot be shared, sold or transferred without our written permission. We may apply reasonable security checks and usage limits to prevent abuse.

3. Plans, payments and refunds

Explorer is free. Artist and Producer provide one year of access to the purchased tier's current library and every new style added to that tier during that year. Renewal is manual: no automatic renewal or repeat charge. Paid access ends at expiry and your account returns to Explorer.

The offer you purchase determines the price, taxes, included features and promotional terms. Unless included in that offer, no particular number, genre or frequency of future additions is promised. For an Artist-to-Producer upgrade, the offer's eligibility window, credit, price and resulting access period apply. Credit is not cash or transferable.

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for purchases through its checkout, handling payment and applicable taxes under its Buyer Terms. We provide the library service. Each party remains responsible for its own contractual and legal obligations.

Withdrawal

Consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. This period is extended where required by law. If you request immediate access, a proportionate charge for supply before withdrawal may apply as permitted by law.

To withdraw, use the withdrawal form or send a clear statement identifying your purchase to hello@sunostyles.com. You may use the model form, but it is not required. Required refunds are made within 14 days of your notice, without undue delay, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. No refund fees apply.

Problems with your purchase

Contact us if paid access is missing or the supply is defective. You retain the remedies required by law, including correction, price reduction, termination and compensation where applicable. We offer no voluntary money-back or satisfaction guarantee. Disliking a Suno generation or failing to reproduce a preview does not, by itself, establish a defect in our supply.

4. Permitted use

With lawful access, you may copy and adapt prompts as inputs in Suno for your own personal or commercial music projects. This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission, not a sale of the library or its intellectual property.

You must not:

• Republish, resell or redistribute prompts, packs, previews or collections as a product, shared library, service or dataset, or use them to build a competing prompt library or tool.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract content using automated means without written permission.
• Share accounts or bypass payment, authentication, rate limits or other access controls.
• Disrupt or probe the Service without authorization, introduce harmful code, commit fraud, submit unlawful or abusive material, or falsely claim affiliation.

These restrictions do not prohibit conduct that the law requires us to permit.

5. Content and music rights

We reserve rights in the library, previews, branding and site assets to the extent those rights exist. The permission above does not authorize their redistribution.

We claim no ownership of music merely because you used our prompts. Rights in generated music, including commercial use, copyright protection and third-party rights, depend on Suno's terms and applicable law, not your Suno Styles plan. We do not guarantee exclusive, copyrightable or rights-cleared output. You are responsible for permissions required for your generation, publication and commercial use. A prompt grants no rights in an artist's identity, voice, recordings or compositions.

Paid-plan expiry ends paid-library access; it does not change rights in music already generated. Wishlist requests and feedback must be yours to submit. You grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use and adapt them to operate and improve the Service, without an obligation to fulfil requests or pay compensation.

6. Availability, changes and Suno models

Suno controls its models, availability, prices and rules, including changes and retirements. A model label on a preview identifies the model used for that example, not guaranteed future availability or repeatable results. We do not promise compatibility with future or modified Suno models.

We do not undertake to rework, retest, replace or update existing prompts for new, changed or retired Suno models, except as required by mandatory law. Any voluntary adaptation is at our discretion and creates no ongoing adaptation commitment.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance and change features or content to address security threats, legal or third-party rights requirements, technical dependencies, or errors. This does not remove agreed paid access or necessary updates. Changes beyond those needed to maintain conformity are made without extra cost, with clear information and any legally required advance durable notice and right to terminate or retain an unchanged version.

7. Liability

Beyond agreed characteristics and mandatory obligations, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without additional warranties or guarantees of musical, creative, commercial or financial results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, revenue, opportunities or savings. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is capped at the amount you paid for Suno Styles access in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We do not assume liability for Suno's services or outputs beyond our own contractual and mandatory obligations.

The exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be limited, or other non-excludable liability. They do not limit mandatory consumer remedies, including refunds, correction, price reduction, termination or damages.

8. Suspension and account closure

We may proportionately restrict or suspend access for a material breach, fraud, unauthorized access, scraping, a security threat or legal requirement. We may terminate for a material breach after notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it where appropriate. Serious, irremediable or urgent security or legal risks may require immediate action. We explain restrictions unless law or security prevents disclosure.

Contact hello@sunostyles.com to close your account. Closure ends access but is not automatically a purchase withdrawal or refund request. State separately if you seek a purchase remedy. Termination creates no voluntary refund entitlement and does not remove statutory rights.

Personal-data requests and lawful record retention are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Closure does not require erasure of records we may lawfully retain. Restrictions on redistribution, accrued obligations, liability and dispute terms survive closure to the extent applicable.

9. Applicable terms and changes

We may update these Terms. For changes to an existing contract, we will provide any notice and obtain any agreement required by law.

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to marketing or optional tracking. An unenforceable provision does not affect the remaining provisions where they can lawfully continue.

10. Law and disputes

Finnish law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available under applicable law, including their country of habitual residence where applicable. Business customers submit disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

Contact us about complaints. Consumers in Finland may seek help from Consumer Advisory Services and refer eligible disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board. This does not restrict legal remedies or filing deadlines.
